London International Volleyball Extravaganza (LIVE) 2011

A short word from the President
We are very grateful for the wonderful feedback from the teams, about our 6th LIVE Tournament.
We would like to extend a Huge Thanks from everyone at London Spikers VC to the many overseas teams (France, Germany, Canada ....), that came to join us.
Our 6th LIVE event year, provided a welcoming registration service & hosted housing ‘meet & greet’ at Barcode-Vauxhall on Friday Night.
On Saturday we had A,B & C level volleyball competition play a total of 80 matches, and all our games ran on time and to schedule!. Breakfast followed by lunch food & drink were provided all through the day, with music during our breaks, all held within our home base at Bethnal Green Sports Centre.
On Saturday Night, we gathered in Soho’s Swanky ShadowLounge Nightclub for team presentations and special awards, and we rounded off with a super special performance by GG GaGa and BearOncy!
Our traditional friendly farewell delicious Sunday Brunch was held at DimT, overlooking Tower Bridge and the River Thames.
We really enjoyed having our overseas guests with us in London, and look forward to attending their club tournaments around the world, in the year ahead.
We would like to wish everyone a successful and fun packed volleyball year ahead, and we are already looking ahead to welcoming you back to our LIVE2011 Event - Lucky 7th.
